    北京保利剧院管理有限公司(简称“保利剧院公司”)成立于2003年10月,隶属于中国保利集团,是国内最大的剧院管理和演出运营集团企业。目前,公司正朝着“渠道、内容、营销、艺术教育四位一体国际化剧院演艺集团”的目标不断迈进,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供更为强大的精神支柱。


全国最大的剧院院线平台

    保利剧院公司在全国20个省份55座城市经营管理国内一流剧院63家,拥有观众厅超过120个,座位超过123000个。成为全国乃至世界最大的直营剧院院线。


全国最大的演出运营平台

    随着公司渠道搭建的规模不断扩大,演出内容也实现了数量与质量的双提升。十四年来,保利剧院共上演剧目45000场,接待观众总数超过4500万人,仅2017年,演出量就达到了8100场,接待观众突破800万人次。名家名剧名团齐聚保利院线,在国际精品节目方面,以伦敦爱乐乐团、柏林爱乐、维也纳爱乐为代表的世界十大交响乐团悉数亮相保利,推出了何塞·卡雷拉斯世界告别演唱会等众多世界级精品演出,先后引进百老汇、伦敦西区经典音乐剧《猫》、《巴黎圣母院》、《小熊维尼》、《人鬼情未了》、《保镖》等精品剧目;在国内演出方面,著名话剧导演赖声川、孟京辉、林兆华等为保利观众带来了《如梦之梦》、《琥珀》、《仲夏夜之梦》等一大批经典话剧作品,杨丽萍的舞蹈《孔雀》、中央芭蕾舞团的《红色娘子军》、北京人艺的话剧《茶馆》、《天下第一楼》、太原舞蹈团的舞蹈《千手观音》等名家名作也将保利舞台装点得流光溢彩。


国内水平领先的原创制作基地

    公司与东莞市共建中国第一个音乐剧原创基地,陆续推出《三毛流浪记》、《钢的琴》、《长征》、《聂小倩与宁采臣》、《虎门销烟》五部原创音乐剧和原创话剧《银锭桥》,在院线巡演超过500场。其中《钢的琴》获得文华奖优秀剧目奖,《银锭桥》获得国际戏剧学院奖,其他剧目获得广东省“五个一工程”奖等多个奖项。

    2017年,公司与常州市共建儿童剧创作基地,并以此为依托在华东区搭建儿童剧院线,开启专业化剧院建设的道路。上半年制作儿童剧《小王子之星际旅行》、《老人与海之双勇士》,预计演出110场。

    同时,注重与名家、名团、名剧合作,推出制作精良、市场反馈好的艺术作品。2017年,公司与阿姆斯特朗艺术公司联合引进制作旧金山歌剧院英文版歌剧《红楼梦》,在华巡演6场,入选首轮中美社会和人文对话重点项目。与龙马社合作推出王刚、张国立、张铁林主演话剧《断金》,首轮演出一票难求,赢得了社会效益和经济效益的双丰收。此外,与七幕人生合作推出音乐剧《音乐之声》中文版,与央视合作推出儿童剧《我爱寓言》等。

    2017年,公司还参与投资百老汇音乐剧《一个美国人在巴黎》伦敦西区驻场版,在当地主流媒体获得5星好评,并加演到300场。中国剧场企业第一次出现在西区音乐剧制作人的名单中。


国内一流的剧院经营管理行业标杆

    剧院公司在发展中积累经验,凝聚出了“专业化、标准化、集团化、国际化”的质量方针, 2013年到2015年间,公司制订出台了针对各类演出艺术水准的国内首部《剧院经营管理规范》,与各地方政府联合发布了国内首部《政府补贴行业标准》,出版发行了《剧院经营管理实务》,提出院团演出等级分类标准,制定首套国内剧院经营管理规范性文件,在不断提升自身管理专业化水平的同时,将“保利规范”上升到了“行业标准”的层面,保利剧院公司成为国内剧院经营管理行业的标杆。2002年北京保利剧院成为全国首家通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证的剧院,之后公司下属所有剧院均通过质量认证保利剧院管理的品牌价值得到进一步提升。2016年公司成功组织首届“保利剧院杯”员工业务知识与岗位技能大赛,全国40家剧院的3000多人参与其中,成为行业内规模最大的综合素质展示和技能提升平台。

    公司注重人才培养,与上海戏剧学院、德国驻上海总领事馆和柏林自由大学共同举办了“中德剧院管理高级人才研修班”。与中央戏剧学院连续举办了三届剧院管理人才大师班。


“一带一路”的文化使者

    保利剧院公司发挥文化优势,加强与海外的合作,先后与英国大使剧院集团、美国布什诺艺术中心、阿姆斯特朗国际音乐艺术公司等海外机构建立了战略合作伙伴关系,与法国、波兰、德国、西班牙等国家的驻华领馆文化处开展了深入的合作。2017年,剧院公司与“一带一路”沿线12个国家的艺术团体合作,在保利院线演出64个沿线国家艺术项目,共计417场。公司成功举办2016青岛国际剧院论坛暨舞台艺术与管理大师班,中、美、英、日、韩等国的专家齐聚保利,这是国内首个由企业主办的国际剧院论坛,拓宽了保利国际朋友圈。


全国领先票务营销平台和大剧院艺术教育品牌

    2016年,公司注册成立北京保利票务发展有限公司,研发具有自主知识产权的票务系统,整合全国营销网络,打造保利文化生活平台,预计年售票量将突破1000万张。2016年开始,公司依托保利品牌和大剧院资源,在条件成熟的大剧院开展品牌艺术教育,在上海等地组建童声合唱团、青年交响乐团等,其中上海保利童声合唱团获得维也纳世界和平合唱节银奖。

The country's largest theatre line platform

Poly Theatre Company operates and manages more than 63 first-class theatres in more than 55 cities of over 20 provinces, has over 120 auditoriums and 130,000 seats. It has become the largest direct operating theatre line in China and the world.

 

The country's largest performance operation platform

As the scale of the company's channel construction continues to expand, the performance content has achieved improvement in quantity and quality. In the past 14 years, the Poly Theatre has presented a total of 45,000 repertories and received over 47 million audiences. In 2017 alone, the number of performances reached 8,100, and the audience exceeded 8 million. Famous artists, dramas and troupes gather at Poly Theatre. In terms of international premium program, the world's top ten orchestras represented by the Amsterdam Royal Concert Hall Orchestra, the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra made their debut in Poly, presented José Carreras World Farewell Concert and many other world-class performances. It has introduced classic musicals of Broadway, London's West End, including "Cat", "Notre Dame de Paris", "Winnie the Pooh", "Ghost", and "Bodyguard" etc. In domestic performances, famous drama directors Lai Shengchuan, Meng Jinghui and Lin Zhaohua brought a large number of classic drama works such as "A Dream Like A Dream", "Amber" and "A Midsummer Night's Dream" for Poly Theatre. Yang Liping's dance "Peacock", the Central Ballet's "Red Detachment of Women", Beijing People's Art Theatre's drama "Tea House", "No. 1 Building in the World", and the Taiyuan Dance Troupe's "Thousand-Hand Kwan-Yin" and other famous masterpieces will also add luster to the stage of Poly Theatre.

 

The domestic original production base with leading level

The company built China's first original musical theatre base with Dongguan city. It has successively introduced five original musicals including "The Winter of Three Hairs", "The Piano in A Factory", "Long March", "Nie Xiaoqian and Ning Caichen" and "Burning of Opium Stocks in Humen" and original drama "The Yinding Bridge", which have been performed in the theatre for more than 500 times.  Among them, "The Piano in A Factory" won Wenhua Award for Outstanding Drama, and "The Yinding Bridge" won Best Actress in the 7th International Drama Academy Award. Other plays won a number of awards such as the "Five One Project" in Guangdong Province.

In 2017, the company built a child play creation base with Changzhou city, and based on this, the company built a child theater line in East China and opened the road of professional theater construction. In the first half of the year, the children's drama "Star Trek of the Little Prince" and "The Double Warrior of the Old Man and the Sea" were produced. It is expected to tour for about 110 rounds.

It pays attention to the cooperation with famous artists, famous groups and famous dramas to launch well-made and well-received art works. In 2017, the company and Armstrong Art Company jointly co-produced and introduced the original English opera "Dream of the Red Chamberfrom the San Francisco Opera House and toured for 6 rounds in China. The project was successfully selected in the first round of the Sino-U.S. Social and Humanities Dialogue key projects. By collaborating with Longmashe Corporation, the company introduced the drama "Broken Gold" starred by Wang Gang, Zhang Guoli, and Zhang Tielin. It is hard to get one ticket for the first round performance. The drama won a double harvest of social and economic benefits. It collaborated with Sevenages Company to launch the Chinese version of the musical "Sound of Music" and collaborated with CCTV to launch the children's drama "I Love Fable", etc.

In 2017, the company also participated in the Broadway musical "An American in Paris" London West End Resident Edition, which was given a five-star rating by the local mainstream media and was added to perform 300 rounds. For the first time, Chinese theatre company appeared on the list of Western musical producers.

 

The first-class benchmark of domestic theatre business management industry

The company has accumulated experience in its development and condensed its quality policy of professionalism, standardization, grouping, and internationalization.From 2013 to 2015, the company formulated the first domestic Theatre Operating Management Regulationfor all kinds of performing arts standards, jointly issued the first Government Subsidy Industry Standardin China, published and issued Theatre Operating Management Practice, proposed the classification criteria for the troupe performance level, formulated the first set of domestic theatre operation and management normative documents, presided over and held the first China Theatre Conference, and took the lead in the formulation and publication of the first Theatrical Self-discipline and Service Convention in Chinese theatre management industry. At the same time of continuously improving the level of the management professionalism, the "Poly Regulation" has been raised to the level of "industry standard", and Poly Theatre has become the benchmark of the domestic theatre business management industry. In 2002, Beijing Poly Theatre became the first theatre in the country to pass the ISO9001 quality management system certification. Later, all its subsidiary theatres passed the quality certification and the brand value of Poly Theatre management has been further enhanced. In 2016, the company successfully organized the first "Poly Theatre Cup" staff business knowledge and job skills competition, where more than 3,000 people from over 40 theatres across the country participated in, and it has become the largest comprehensive quality display and skill upgrading platform in the industry.

The company pays attention to the training of talents. It co-organized the "Sino-German Theatre Management Senior Talents Training Course" with Shanghai Theatre Academy, German Consulate General in Shanghai and the Free University of Berlin. And the company successively held three consecutive master-classes of theatre management talents with the Central Academy of Drama.

 

Cultural Messenger of "the Belt and Road"

Poly Theatre Company has developed its cultural advantages and strengthened cooperation with overseas. It has established strategic partnerships with overseas institutions such as the British Ambassador Theatre Group, the Bushno Art Center, and Armstrong International Music Art Company. And it has carried out in-depth cooperation with cultural and education section of consulate in China from France, Poland, Germany, Spain and other countries. In 2017, the company collaborates with art groups in more than 12 countries along the Belt and Roadroute, performing nearly 64 art projects of countries along the line in Poly Theatre line, a total of near 417 performances. The company successfully held international theatre forum and stage art and management master class in Qingdao in 2016, and the experts from the United States, Britain, Japan, Korea and other countries gathered in Poly to explore theater market trend. This is the first international theater forum sponsored by enterprise in China, which broadens the Poly's international friend circle.

 

National leading ticket marketing platform and Grand Theatre art education brand

In 2016, the company registered and established Beijing Poly Ticketing Development Co., Ltd., researched and developed the ticketing system with independent intellectual property rights. The company integrated the national marketing network, and built Poly cultural life platform. It is estimated that the annual ticket sales will exceed 10 million. Since 2016, the company has carried out the brand art education in the mature grand theater, relying on Poly brand and grand theater resources, and established education art center, children's choir and youth symphony orchestra in Shanghai and other places. Shanghai Poly Children's Choir won the silver award of Vienna World Peace Choral Festival.
